You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to submit a return request. To qualify for return: ‑ Products must be unused, in original condition with complete original packaging. ‑ Damages caused by customer misuse, improper use or man‑made wear‑and‑tear are not eligible for return. ‑ Sale and clearance items are non‑returnable unless they arrive with manufacturing defects.

Please provide your order number, product details and reason for return. We will send you return instructions within 1‑2 business days. Items returned without official authorization may be rejected and will not be processed for refund.

‑ If return is caused by our error (wrong item, factory‑defective goods): we will cover return shipping fees. ‑ If you return for personal reasons (change of mind, no longer need the item): you are responsible for return shipping cost. Original shipping fee is non‑refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, we will notify you whether your return is approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5‑10 business days for funds to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing speed. If your return is rejected, we will ship the item back to you.

If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 7 calendar days upon delivery, and attach clear photos of the damaged item and outer package. We will arrange replacement, partial or full refund accordingly.
