All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in the United States. Orders will be processed within 1‑3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time may be slightly extended during peak shopping seasons. Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number.

We ship to most countries and regions worldwide. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. ‑ Standard Shipping: 7‑15 business days ‑ Expedited Shipping: 3‑7 business days

Delays may occur due to logistics backlog, bad weather, local customs clearance or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by third‑party shipping carriers.

Free Shipping is available for eligible orders subject to store promotion rules. Paid expedited shipping options are also offered at checkout for faster delivery.

For all international orders, import duties, customs fees and local taxes are the buyer’s full responsibility. These fees are not included in product price or shipping cost. Please check local customs regulations before placing your order.

‑ If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact us within 14 days, we will launch an investigation with the shipping carrier. ‑ If goods arrive damaged, send clear photos of damaged items and outer packaging within 7 calendar days upon receipt. We will process replacement, partial or full refund accordingly.

All return shipments must obtain prior return authorization according to our Return & Refund Policy. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
